Investigations

Our in-house team of trained investigators offer the full scope of services involved in investigating a missing child case, from the beginning to end. We can work together with municipal, provincial, national and international law enforcement agencies to support and enhance investigation efforts. Our investigators travel nationally and internationally to conduct investigations or to follow up credible TIPS.

Child Watch employs a team of in-house investigators to search for missing children. Our approach incorporates using frontline investigative and search and rescue activities. This has distinguished us from most other organizations.

Targeted Poster Distribution: We produce missing child posters and target distribution locally or nation-wide to our network of sponsor locations. Leads are generated from these posters that are followed up on by our investigators. If the lead is confirmed, Child Watch will contact the reporting law enforcement agency to notify them of the lead.

24 Hour Tip Line: We operate a 24-hour toll-free tip line for the public to provide confidential information leading to the location of a missing child.  Our tip line is monitored by trained investigators with the experience to evaluate, prioritize and disseminate the information accordingly.
